Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Some candles are made to order, which may require the full processing time before shipping.

Shipping Method & Rates
We ship via USPS using a flat rate for all orders within the U.S. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Estimated Delivery Times
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or USPS delays, which are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hestiascandle@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review your claim and work with you on a replacement or refund.

Delays & Liability
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once your package has been handed over to USPS, it becomes their responsibility.
