A. Burn time varies by size and design, but our candles typically last between 30-100 hours. It will be specified on the label of your candle.

Q. Are your fragrances strong?

A. Our scents are balanced: noticeable but not overpowering. Great for small to medium rooms.

Q. Do you offer custom or gift candles?

A. Yes! We offer custom scents, labels and designs for special occasions. Contact us via Email or Instagram to request it.

Q. What is NFC?

A. NFC is the same technology used in contactless payment cards. We use it to store your personalized photo or video for anytime access.

Q. Do I need a special app to use it?

A. No app is required! Simply tap your phone on the candle's label (or tag/card) to view your memory.

Q. Is it safe like a regular candle?

A. Yes! Our Smart Candles are crafted using traditional candle ingredients. The NFC chip is safely embedded in the label or on a separate tag/card. Regular candle precautions still apply.

Q. What payment options do you take?

A. We accept cards, Apple, Google and Shop Pay. For Cash App or Venmo, please email us or contact us via DM on Instagram.

Q. Where do you ship to?

A. We currently ship across the United States and to most countries worldwide—straight to your doorstep.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
