Memory candles are a concept I created to blend candlelight with personal memories. Each candle includes a hidden NFC tag that can be linked to a photo, message, or even a video of your choice—revealed with a simple scan while the candle burns.
How it works
On every pillar candle you add to your cart, you’ll see the option to upload your file (Photo or video) for an additional $5.
The chip will be placed on a special tag hanging from the wick.
Steps to Reveal your memory
Unlock your phone.
Hold the top of your phone (near the front camera) close to the candle’s label to activate the NFC chip.
A notification will pop up at the top of the screen.
Tap the notification to open your memory.
Tap again anytime to revisit your stored content.
Note: Most iPhones read NFC automatically when tapped. On Android devices, you may need to enable NFC in your settings before tapping.
